DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE KETCHUP, VINEGAR, BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC, ONION POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE.
PUT THE MEATLOAF PORTION ON A PARCHMENT PAPER LINED SHEET PAN AND PUT INTO OVEN
FOR 3 MINUTESTO WARM.
ADD GLAZE TO COVER GENEROUSLY AND PUT BACK IN OVEN UNTIL THE GLAZE CARAMELIZES.
WHILE MEATLOAF IS WARMING, BUTTER THE
HOAGIE BUN AND GRILL TO GOLDEN BROWN.
PULL MEATLOAF FROM OVEN & PLACE PROVOLONE CHEESE ON TOP .
PUT MEATLOAF ON BOTTOM OF THE BUN.
ADD PICKLE SLICE AND FRIED ONION STRINGS.
TOP WITH SPINACH LEAVES.
