PLACE THE CHICKEN CUBES INTO A GALLON ZIPLOC BAG.
ADD HALF THE ITALIAN DRESSING AND HALF OF THE SALT, PEPPER AND RED PEPPER FLAKES.
MIX WELL SEAL AND PUT IN COOLER OVERNIGHT.
CUT THE VEGETABLES INTO 1” PIECES AND PUT INTO LARGE BOWL.
ADD LAST OF ITALIAN DRESSING, SALT, PEPPER AND RED PEPPER FLAKES.
MIX WELL AND ALLOW TO MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR IN COOLER.
IF USING WOODEN SKEWERS SOAK THEM IN WATER FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE GRILLING.
PUT THE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES ONTO THE SKEWERS ALTERNATING CHICKEN AND VEGGIES.
GRILL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 14-16 MINUTES, TURNING EVERY 3 MINUTES.
PULL FROM GRILL AND ALLOW TO REST BEFORE SERVING.
