BERRY SAUCE
INSTRUCTIONS
IN A SAUCE PAN, COMBINE THE BERRIES, SUGAR AND VANILLA.
COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MASHING THE BERRIES AND STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. COOK UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS APPROXIMATELY 12 MINUTES.
REMOVE FROM HEAT. POUR ALL THE SAUCE INTO A BLENDER AND PUREE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10-15 SECONDS.
SERVE WARM OR STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.

INSTRUCTIONS
WASH YOUR BERRIES AND PAT DRY.
STEM AND SLICE STRAWBERRIES.
MIX BERRIES TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL.
STIR THE LEMON AND SUGAR INTO THE BERRIES.
ADD THE BERRY MIX INTO SERVING DISH AND TOP WITH DOLLOP OF WHIPPED CREAM
